The Village of Alberobello
The historical centre of Alberobello is an enchanting place where the past and tradition blend harmoniously together. Its greatest treasure is the trulli, typical ancient stone dwellings with distinctive cone-shaped roofs, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A walk through the cobbled streets of the historical centre, in particular in Rione Monti, will lead you into an enchanting labyrinth of well-preserved trulli, many of which have been turned into shops and little artisan workshops.
Locorotondo
